I'm not entirely sure if I understand the reason to start OGR-25 if OGR-24 isn't finished yet....
Anyone fill me in on that?

All the work units for OGR-24 have been handed out.

It is likely that some of these work units are still being worked on, and d.net is waiting for them to come back.

At some point they will give up, and hand out the missing work units - but by waiting they are reducing the number of work units that are processed but don't contribute to the project, because someone else has already completed that unit.

As OGR-25 was waiting to start, why not start handing out OGR-25 work units while waiting for the OGR-24 units to come back.

Well the reason that OGR-24 is not done yet is how the clients and proxies handle which stubs are done first.

For instance OGR-25 stub 1-2-3-4-5-6 will be done before OGR-24 stub 2-3-4-5-6
Because the first number in the string determines which is done first, not the project itself.

Therefore, it will be a very long time until all the OGR-24 stubs are returned given the present client in use.

I purposely lowered the in-buffer settings of my clients to 1, and watched the OGR-24 stubs surface to be crunched.
