Offline files - Unable to make connection

Offline files - Unable to make ..... Files of this type cannot be made available offline.
I am trying to figure out what to do. It is a word document for address labels. When we go to shut down the computer the sync comes on and then stops with this error message. What can I do to get this to stop coming up? Thanks.

It is possible that there is a Group Policy preventing the file-type from synchronizing. Check with your Network/System Admin.

He will need to review what GPOs are being applied to the Computer and/or User accounts that are affected, and see if he has a policy set that blocks the file type.

Is there anyway that we can just keep that screen from popping up when we shut down the computer? That is all we want to do.

Alternatively, you can store this particular document in a folder that is not set to synchronize, and you wont get the error anymore. I'm not recommending this...just check with your Sys Admin
