Offline files 2 gig limit in WinXP

Anyway to override WindowsXP's 2 gigabyte offline files limit?

You can drag the slider under offline files to well past 2 gigs, but once you hit OK it reset to the 2 gig max.

What file system is being used by the source and target drives? Just curious to see if that could be the problem. I've never used offline files or even set it up for anyone else to use.
