Treyarch = not even worth a rental

Well, maybe that's being unfair. But still. World at War wasn't a horrible game but it was basically a reskinned CoD 4 with some severe balance issues. And the Nazi Zombie mode, the only thing it really brought to the table, was mediocre. Not to mention they milked the hell out of it with three $10 map packs (each of which contained exactly 1 new Nazi Zombie map).

I agree with the original statement honestly. CoD 4 revitalized a francise like I'd never seen. 5 minutes with the CoD 4 beta and I was beyond hooked. W@W nearly killed it off for me again. 30 mins into the beta I couldn't figure out how they could take so many steps backwards so quickly (and then I learned that Treyarch made it...who also made the atrocious CoD 3).

Man that game was awful, I bought it when it was cheap, suffered through the campaign, played a few games of Zombies, and sold it to Amazon for a small profit.
