I waited 4 years for this? I made the excuse in 2006 that we were in the group of death. We are NOT in a strong group for this Cup, and it is fucking insane that Slovenia is wearing us out. I'm disgusted with this team. I'm not even mad at Bob Bradley (that will come later). I'm mad at the lazy slobs who sat on their asses and let Slovenia shoot in wide open spaces. I'm also pissed that Robbie Findley is completely LOST out there. At least Bob plaid Torres but why not put in try out Buddle or Gomez? At the very least, put Dempsey up top with Altidore. Findley is not getting it done.

On defense, I'd like to to slap at least three players that just SAT THERE WATCHING while Slovenia shot.

Yep, this is the truth. And I stupidly let my mind wander and think for all of a year that the US is not so horrible (after watching Confed Cup). The Confed Cup showed how weak our Defense is -- I see it has not gotten any better.

One option, but that is not an easy shot. No angle to work with, close enough to the post where you have to raise the shot fast. Saw his opportunity and took a perfect shot.

Have any of you noticed, when two players are going for the ball the U.S keeps trying that cute touch to poke the ball past slovenia. Often times though Slovenia is going in strong, putting their foot solidly on it and standing ground, winning the ball, while the US player hops away?
