4.1 is typically GNex users or Nexus 7 users. There aren't that many great 4.1 ROMs yet. I think development will be rather quick, but for my SGS2, it's not a daily driver yet.

I take back my last post. I just installed a JB 4.1.1 ROM and it's slick as hell. Love it. Much faster than ICS in every regard. I'll have to see if I still have the same GPS issues, but so far I'm very happy with it.

I voted ICS because I had a Galaxy Note, but have since switched to a GSM GNex running 4.1.1
