I live almost by paycheck because of a mortgage, so $1k in refund will come a long way... for not much...

Err, well, I couldn't stand to live in the city anymore. Bought eleven acres last year, out in the middle of nowhere. I love it. Have about five acres to "garden" on, but only using the fenced in spot for fruits/vegetables. The rest of the property is cedar/alder/douglas fir forest with some beaver ponds thrown in for interest.

well...maybe i'll spend a little and put it towards my new HDTV (credit card bill for that comes this month yay)

Used it partially for my credit card bill and partially to go to vegas, of which my winnings will go to my credit card:p

No refund here, I don't let the feds hang onto my money all year, I'd rather have it. So I owed them $530 - eh, pretty close to even.

I do get $35 back from the state though.
