Official Verizon Droid Froyo 2.2 Update

My update to 2.2 on my Incredible was the worst case scenario. Phone kept going into bootloops and apps crashed. I decided to do a factory reset, and then only install apps that I knew would work. Has been running fine since. (Although it still did restart and go into bootloops twice after the reset, but has been fine now after 6+ hours of use)

My performance is noticeably laggier, especially the touch screen input.

I've done a factory reset and it barely helped. I wish I could go back to 2.1.

Anyone using the multimedia dock + droid and 2.2 having issues with their phone freezing?
If I get a phone call while my phone is in the dock my phone will freeze for a few seconds before I can answer the phone call and once that phone call has ended (it says end) I have to restart my phone otherwise no one can reach me (endless busy signal when its not busy). WTF?
