The thing with that challenge though is that is what virtually an even playing field as far as physicality, so assuming the next went back to a more prominent physical component (albeit not so meaningful is they fully intermingle the people into the new tribes) the olduns could have been in big trouble, particularly with dan unable to skip back to back challenges.
 
Did anyone else catch this?

At the beginning, they showed the aftermath of the storm runoff and Jimmy T was trying to catch fish except he was throwing the net all wrong. Later on in the show, they showed Jimmy T talking and guess what his occupation is/was? Fisherman.

FAIL
 
How did Dan even get selected for the show? I would think you would have to pass a very thorough medical examination prior to being selected and signing the contract.

i wonder that myself, and i wonder why the hell he even applied to get on cause he isn't even trying to do anything at all.
 
This season is seriously disappointing so far. I hate the division by age group so I hope the shufle next week spices things up a little bit.
 
i agree this season is fairly boring and i think a lot of it has to do with the age group split. the older people are just boring in general, especially without jimmy johnson.
 
With Jimmy Johnson leaving so early, we can say that Survivor is not fixed. And yes, this series is pretty boring, especially with JJ gone. I would have loved to see him get to the end.

Really...I think the girls are pretty hot. Brenda is ridiculously hot...and some of the others are pretty cute. The girl with the artificial leg is not really "hot", but she is attractive in her own way...partially because she is so capable even with an artificial leg...I can respect that and am attracted to that type of person.

Boring? Jimmy T is comical genius! I have no problem with the show thus far. You know how it is in all these reality shows too... always a slow burn.

Bingo on everything.

Brenda is CRAZY hot (have you seen all the gratitus ass shots?). The MILF on the older tribe has got an incredible body for being a mother. And yeah, Kelly B. is definitely a cutie with, what seems to be an amazing personality. Sure there isn't a lot of long blond hair and fake titties running around, but there are some "hot" chicks for sure.

The funny thing is Probst nails it on the head. In the long run Naonka is somebody you WOULD want to take to the finals with you. Gauranteed 0 votes.
 
I was thinking too, at the final vote, there are 3 people.
They should have the finalists vote too (though obviously not allow for themselves). Would add an interesting twist to it I think. Though maybe I just haven't thought this out enough.

Agreed...but it will be really hard to put up with her that long. Chase is an idiot for trusting Brenda...she is much smarter than he realizes...but I can't fault him...I'd probably hand her 1 million dollars.

It's funny, the one thing that seems to happen EVERY season is the guys get lead around by the hot females. Talk about a msg about society...

Edit: More about human nature I guess.

And hot girls who are smart (Pavarti, Natalie, etc) take them to the cleaners. It's too early to tell...but Brenda seems pretty smart...we'll see how the season plays out...but I think she has potential to manipulate till the end like Pavarti.
 
Wow, just read the probst blogs and you could pretty much put my name on it as it's the same I've thought about every moment of the show so far (except maybe for brenda being hot, maybe in person but on tv she is much more meh to me, kelly b seems several degrees hotter).


And no wonder it seemed from the clips shown that JT may have won a reprieve at the council vote since the shots we were shown are probably those at the end of the 90 MINUTE council..... that had to be brutal, and from the sounds of it much of it was, against JT.

Totally agreed. Brenda seems to have some "smarts" about her... and that she is a "villian" in that she's cunning etc. Then again, its early and there's lots more to go.

His blogs never ever disappoint. He truly seems like a complete fan and zealot of the game. And he has the inside track so its always a great read.
 
after the tribal split I thought yes! excellent chance to get both marty and the hood voted off asap. so of course lol at those idiots booting tyrone, my god they are soo going to suck now. that tribe is probably worse now than before the split.
 
I am glad they reorganized the tribes. We have a more even playing field now.

I don't understand why they voted Tyrone out. He is a strong physical player and obviously he would not have been a threat later on during the game because nobody like him.

They should have voted out that bitch Na Onka. She actualy said at one time she got more support from tribe members in the rain then she got from family and friends when going trough her divorce. No wonder with a personality like hers.
 
Dumbest votes by both tribes tonight.

I think La Flor's vote was the dumbest of them all. They had Marty where they wanted him. He was gone. And they stupidly vote for Kelly B. I think the only two votes for Marty after the re-vote was from Brenda and Sash. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

On the Espada tribe, why keep the old tired guy around who will most likely quit on your in the next few days anyways.

So much fail for tonight's episode.
