I'm tired of people talking about how amazing Brady is.
His QB rating is 12 or so below McNabb.
He had 200 less passing yards than McNabb.
He had 0.7 yards per rush. He can't do anything outside the pocket.
He threw 75% more interceptions than McNabb.
He had 3 less touchdowns.

Brady isn't the be all and end all. He goes for the huge plays about 50% of the time and he has a good core of receivers to back him up... but Donnie is better, and will win the SB for the Eagles.

As much as i love mcnabb:

1) His playoff numbers are HORRIBLE comapred to brady's

2) McNabb plays in the NFC which sucks this year, whereas brady had to play against the AFC with an incredibly tough schedule

3) McNabb had the 2nd best receiver (TO) for most of the season

4) Career wise, brady has a better QB rating than mcnabb

pwn3d.

The Eagles will lose against a simply better overall team. Last night's AFC Championship game was the real Super Bowl. The champions have already been crowned. :p The sooner you accept it, the sooner you stop posting useless crap about QB comparisons.

I predict Pats to win, but McNabb's QB rating for this year's playoffs is higher than Brady's. And McNabb hasn't thrown to TO all post season.
But history is on your side, just not recent history.

I tend ot look at Brady's playoff record, not his stats. You don't need to have gaudy stats when your defense scores 2 times for you.

Brady > McNabb in the playoffs. McNabb can make big plays one in a while, but his average play is not as good. I was pretty impressed with McNabb in these past two games, where before I thought he didn't have the ability to play big in the playoffs. I still would rather have brady as my qb in the super bowl.
