damn... when did they announce Saw 3??

So I guess the completely obvious sequal that the second movie's ending made so completely obvious wasn't so obvious to everyone else?

WTF is wrong with you guys?

obvious endingds dont mean sh!t. but if they do i guess no one will be going to see that movie of iwo jima or the one about 9/11

The success of Saw, Saw II and the inevitable Saw 3 only proves that the rest of the world already knows.

I think its funny that people still eat this Hollywood crap right off the floor. I was serious when I said the second script was made as quickly as possible. Same with the third movie, their only concern is to churn these out as quickly as possible and make as much money as possible.

The same could be said for a lot of things, granted. But at least movies like Harry Potter or others actually at least pretend to take their time and make us think they might be doing a decent job. I read somewhere that Saw 3 is being rushed and wasn't even completely done (at least by the directors standards) but the execs dont care and just want their dollar. Seems to be a recurring theme.

i saw it last night. this movie kicked ass!

for the record, I enjoyed part 1, and I liked part 2 also, but not as much as part 1. part 3 is a lot better than part 2 and I just love how they link all of the previous ones to this.

if you were a fan of the others I definitely recommend this, it was fvcking awesome and had some gross stuff but nothing that was too out of the ordinary. also saw previews for Hostel 2 (more of a teaser actually) and they showed this thing called horrorfest, which is one weekend they are showing 8 horror movies that never made it to theatres cause they were too disturbing/gross for the general audience. too bad it's coming out and only showing on the weekend that the PS3 and Wii are coming out :(

Definately going to see it. 1 was the best, but 2 was also good. Hoping 3 is awesome.

Just came back from it. Went in expecting nothing....but sadly....was dissapointed in it. For the record, I LOVED part 1....part 2 was so so ...but part 3 didn't really do much for me. Quite dissapointed.

Fans of the series will see it no matter what....they did do their best at trying to keep the story going...but there's only soo much you can do.

My friend got me to watch them the other day.

Saw 1, meh ok
Saw 2, wtf was this weak ass ******, didnt even fit in with the first movie IMO, it was just , lets set a bunch of criminals in a house loose and let them kill each other, and toss in a few traps while we are at it. It had a few intelligent twists, but were made so obvious I got them almost immediately.

Watched the unrated version of it last night. Slightly disturbing, but I guess thats what you kinda expect.

Really didnt expect all the ending stuff.

You mean the detective chasing after him? It's been a long time since I saw the movie.

Going on Saw 3... someone had spoiled the movie for me before I even saw it .

Saw3 kind of sucked. The films progressively got worse in the series. Saw3 was just a borderline splatter film.

I actually own all the SAW movies and like the whole series.

As far as Adam well at the end of number 2 everyone saw what had become of Adam, SAW 3 just showed how it happened. They have never really shown Dr. Gordon post the events in Saw and as far as Detective Matthews from Saw 2 they just imply what happened to him in 3 they never show if he survived or not.

i remember in saw3 that adam broke/crushed his foot with a rock inorder to slip out of his ankle chain. but dont remember anything after that.

then what happened?

He went after the crazy woman who's in league with the old dude. They had a tussle but his messed up foot eventually doomed him in and I believe she ended up locking him down in the basement area to die. They don't really say what happened, but it's suggested by Jigsaw's speech on how she never let people have a chance to live and how she never followed the rules that she let him die after he "proved" himself.

Apparently they are making a Saw 4. I am not sure what more there is to do, they seemed to wrap up everything pretty well in Saw 3.

Yes, if I recall, they (until they say otherwise) will make a Saw every year and release it around Halloween.

That wasnt Adam that was Detective Matthews from SAW 2.

They did show what she did to Adam in Saw 3 and I dont want to spoil it for those that havent seen it but if you've seen SAW 2 then you already know how Adam's story ended.

ahh.. Detective Matthews was also locked in that same room as Adam

it was Detective Matthews who smashed his own foot in order to escape the ankle chain, not Adam.

I'm confusing Adam with Detective Matthews?
