I didn't grab much. Just a tree, some decorations and a pretty sweet flashlight set.

Bonus reps for pics

Nothing as I have to work. I did however the other night place an order for the CoD xbox 360 bundle, it was not a Black Friday deal though.

May just hit Home Depot for some cheap ass flash lights and tools.
Will post back later.

OK, done.
Got a single 12-led light.
A pack of 2, 9-led lights.
A pack of three, single led lights and three 6-led lights. All different colors.
A pack of six, 6-led lights (all different colors) and 2 head lights.
All of those came with good Everready batteries.
Plus:
A plug-in flash light.
2 chem lights.

All for about 30 bucks.

Mom will be getting several of these for home and car use. I'll keep the rest scattered around the house.

Would have got some tools but I swear they marked up prices in advance of black friday. If it wasnt in the bargain bin it wasnt a good deal.

For reference: I saw amazing prices on all brands of battery tools like Ryobi, Dewalt, and Makitata. Many of them had specials offering an extra free battery.

Dell has the Microsoft 4000 Ergonomic keyboard for $19 shipped (usually $80). I bought a couple for spares. Best ergo keyboard I've ever used!

There weren't any deals making it worth dealing with the insane crowds. I was going to grab a few blurays from Best Buy (Braveheart for $13, hell yes) but decided not to brave the crowds. I was up for work anyways (I'm in at 6 so I could have hit some stores before my shift started) but I was meh towards the "sales" I had seen.

EDIT - sorry, just realized this was kind of a thread crap :p

Nothing. It's silly to get worked up about a pseudo sale.

Check out Amazon, I believe they have Braveheart for about that price.

As for the thread, I didn't get anything. Had some unexpected things come up that ate up all my BF cash. Such is life, no biggie.

I had to work, so nothing. My mom scored one of the $198 e-machine laptops that walmart was selling this morning though.

You know the plain coffee at Starbucks is around a dollar too, right?

Just looked at it on their site. AWESOME machine for 198 bucks.
But I value my health and sanity too much to go to Walmart today.

Scored potentially thousands of dollars in savings by not purchasing anything. Took leftovers from Thanksgiving meal with me to work saving $ by not buying any food. Also working today so add that to the black. I win.

Is it me or are the BF deals are getting worse every year?

I don't see any deals I feel like I need to jump on right away. There are couple of good HDTV deals. The rest of the stuffs aren't all the cheap.

Just got back from 6 hours of shopping. The wife and I got most everything we wanted. Picked up the $25 600 thread count sheets, $50 320GB WD Passport portable hard drive, and a cheap blu-ray all from Walmart. Got the $40 shop stool at 50% at Sears. I really wanted the $20 Ridgid 16 gallon 5hp wet/dry vac from Home Depot, but they were out by the time I got there 30 minutes after open. I did snag a couple of the 60 Rayovac batteries for $10 though. I shouldn't need batteries for quite some time. Finished up with a couple of $5 WoW games from Gamestop for my neice and a friend.

All in all, not a bad haul for me.

yay lets all run out and buy junk we don't need because it's cheap and almost beats the online all-year-round prices
