I'd rather get the Porsche for style and resale value.

What's wrong with 350Z resale value?
I do think some people will want the porsche styling over anything else, and boxster is the cheapest porsche, so it'll sell well.

I have always loved the Boxster, it?s a wonderful car.
But it suffers from major price creepage. And forget about the Boxster S unless you want to drop $60k on a car.

At least they spruced up the interior a tad, for the money they go for Porsches always have inferior trim.

I imagine a Porsche will hold its value better in the long run. Porsche styling is classic and old ones look very similar to new ones. Nissan is not consistent in their styling. A 10 year old Nissan looks old, a 10 year old Porsche still looks new. You get my drift?

it is beautiful. I love how they subtly changed the styling on the rear, so it looks new but still retains that edgey look that can only be attributed to a Boxster

The exhaust still looks like an anus.

Well, it IS the anus of the engine.

Well the Boxster is modeled after the legendary 550 Spyder after all.

Are you serious? We got someone here trying to compare a Porsche and a Nissan? 😕

Cool 😛

I think it looks great. However if I had that kind of cash to drop on a car, I do not think I would purchase one but I could see why others would.

I dig that central location for the exhaust. It is non-mainstream and gives it a certain special look to it.

No, I don't. The only porsche from 94 that looks "new" is the 911, because they haven't changed the design much in 40 years. The 928 and 968 don't look so "new" and certainly not as "new" as a 300ZX, which was redesigned in 1989 as a 1990 model. A 15 year old 300ZX does not look old to me.
Does it look old to you?
There is no accounting for taste, I guess.
