False Start / Offsides does not stop a play. It's considered a free play. The problem is the fouls were not off-setting. They were not equal infractions.

A titans player actually mentioned this on sirius the other day.

Man, I know the networks have an eternal hardon for the cowboys, but why the heck did they make a game with an 0-4 team a national game? this is gonna suck.
 
Son of a bitch LJ. So far every week ive started him in FF he's blown hard. It's like he's mocking me. This week I started LJ and left DeAngelo Williams sitting on my bench.

Oh, and GO STEELERS! I think jacksonville might roll us though.

He's a great athlete, but he's just not mentally strong enough to be an NFL QB at this point (maybe never?). They should try to use him for some run type trick plays. He's a big guy and not easily tackled.

What I'm saying is, if the play was blown dead immediately, Suggs never would have had a chance to rough the passer, which he didn't seem to do anyway.
