Seth Meyers actually said something reasonable last night:

- KO your fiance, 2 game suspension
- Beat your kid, 1 game suspension
- Smoke a bowl, 10 game suspension

wait, what?

Stab 2 people after a party, Superbowl MVP and a statue in your likeness at the stadium

Skins v. Eagles hard to pick, as it marks the dawn of the Cousins era. What to expect?!

Eagles haven't looked super impressive even though they came out with wins (thank the refs for last night) the past two weeks. But its the Skins.. hard to tell. They were much more convincing over JAX than the Eagles tho.

Hard to say which Detroit team will show up, it's early in the season yet so we'll see. I have to admit that Rodgers is the best QB when flushed and on the run, amazing accuracy doing that and he'' probably need to do a lot of it as their secondary is giving up passing TD's quite frequently, they had to crawl out of a 21-3 hole to beat the Jets, it's a bad thing to put yourself in that position week in and week out.

Yeah, this entire thing is a joke.

its so fucking stupid. The Vikings made themselves look like fools. You pull him, then put him back in, then pull him again. It shows they have no clue what they are doing and don't have the balls to stand up to the media hype.

I think its plain and clear that Joe Public can determine a person's guilt before the legal system can, while at the same time, if they were in AP's shoes, they'd want their chance to be proven guilty before having their jobs jepordized.

I hate this hypocritical world.

there is no ambiguity on the circumstances and AP admitted to doing it. there is no question of guilt nor is there a question if he was even there. He has admitted to doing it.

I also think its becoming clearer that retroretard is troll and a physcopath. tell how how child abuse is ok with you?

They're trying to determine if what he did was illegal...that's hasn't been proven yet.

Anheiser busch is "disappointed and concerned"

Still think people are overreacting?

Some jobs and companies hold their empoloyees to redicoulsly high standards. Just like a cop who is trained in deadly force they are held to a higher standard in application of that force in personal situations not just in their job.

The NFL is a private company with a moral and personal conduct clause that ALL OF THESE instances fall into. The NFL has chosen to let the teams flounder while refusing to act.

NFL should move fast as this one is getting away from them quick. Take it out of the teams hands.

The way the Peterson issues is being handled now with making him exempt and telling him to stay away from all team-related and NFL activities until the court case is resolved is how each and every one of these cases should work. You get into a legal issue, you are barred from team and NFL-related activities until resolved.

Let the NFL and teams absorb these costs and pay all the idiots who want to get into trouble on a regular basis and not be able to field them. I guarantee you the teams will make better judgements on who they draft/sign and who they don't.

It may also help clean up some of the riff raff that the NFL has been allowing into the league over the last decade or so.

I'm dissapointed at the absurd beer prices at the stadium. They do something about that and then maybe I'll listen to whatever other crap they deem to speak about.

Brewers or distributors don't set the price. That keg costs the VENDOR at the stadium the same amount it does a bar down the street. The vendor is setting the price - don't get mad at the brewer.

As a sponsor, they have every right to speak out. Didn't see people bitching about Nike, Cadillac or other sponsors when they abandoned Tiger Woods.

I know you're just joking, but the amount of people that remain ignorant of what happened with the Ray Lewis case is unbelievable. Two guys that were with him and ACTUALLY stabbed someone were tried and acquitted because it was self defense.
