I have a feeling that the Pats are gonna come out swinging, Jets are gonna get lopsided.

There is no way I am betting against the Pats in a game that will most likely decide the winner of the division. The Jets might pull it off, but I think the Pats will win.

Except in my case, the Colts WERE dominating everyone last year and weren't slipping by the likes of Detroit by the skin of their teeth.

Your idol boy has a laundry list of being a choke artist against certain teams. It started against florida and continues today against several pro clubs. And if not for finally getting one important victory against the patriots, he'd be totally eclipsing marino in the pantheon of greats who didn't.

And they were so dominating last year that they went 1-1 against the jets including trailing by 11 deep into the third. Not to mention the final game of the season where they had to leave the starters in till halftime because their scrub playing selves couldn't complete the ~5 passes they needed for the contractual/record marks.

Don't worry, as bad as the self righteous bandwagon hoping patriot fans are, as least they've consistently won yet you can singly counterbalance that force with the almost wons of your indianpolis colts.

The NFC South and AFC North, however, each have an extremely bad team (Panthers and Bengals) so I think that places them below the AFC South. The AFC East has Buffalo, but I will say, Buffalo plays hard and you can't help but to root for them.
Yeah, if there was just one play that ended differently in each of their last 4 losses, they would be sitting at 6-5 instead of 2-9. But alas, they didn't turn out that way. Good teams find a way to win, bad teams find a way to lose. Buffalo is a bad team but at least they are giving it their all and are moving in the right direction.

My idol boy has been in 2 Super Bowls with one win and has a winning record against the Pats since overcoming them in the AFC Championship.

And they were so dominating last year that they went 1-1 against the jets including trailing by 11 deep into the third.

They were ahead of the Jets when Caldwell pulled all the starters. Leave it to Jets fans to claim victory playing against a rookie QB and benchwarmers. That game meant nothing.

And in the AFC Championship, the Jets got steamrolled 30-17 after leading by 11 "deep in the third" as you say it. That's what, a 24-0 trouncing? In a quarter and change? That sure seems like domination to me!

Funny how a 24-0 run isn't "dominating," but (barely) beating the likes of Detroit and Cleveland is somehow impressive.

Not to mention the final game of the season where they had to leave the starters in till halftime because their scrub playing selves couldn't complete the ~5 passes they needed for the contractual/record marks.

No idea what you are referring to here.

All of which is more than the Jets have accomplished.

Why, already tallying up the next colt lost.

The Colts have had their run. Whether this is just a bad season or a start of a more permanent decline remains to be seen. At any rate, we're lucky to have them and I'm reminded of this every time I see another Detroit loss. At least we don't have the Lions.

I look forward to hearing your excuses if the Pats win. I, on the other hand, won't make excuses for the Colts if they lose just like I haven't made excuses for them the past couple of weeks. They've played horrible ball in the last two losses and even in their win against the Bungles.

Yeah, it's amazing how the steamrolling happened after several key offensive and defensive starters went out of the game.

And that you don't even know things like that about your own team of quit the comedy for such a bandwagon boy.

not to take away from the banter going on here but it is being reported by houston station that andre johnson will not be suspended for decking finnegan also being reported that Finnegan grabbed the attention of the Texans' sideline and shouted, "Watch this,"

I knew Finnegan was an idiot, but damn, what a moron.

Please Jeff Fisher, get fed up and come to the Colts. We can ditch Coyer for you! And when Caldwell finally gets canned, you can take over.

How convenient -- when key players from other teams leave the game, it seems to be people making excuses. But I guess it is OK for Jets fans to use it.

Oh, you mean like you didn't know (or likely, intentionally ignored) that Caldwell pulled the starters in the regular season game and it was only then that the Jets could win?

Oh, and please link to your contention about the 5 passes or whatever it was you said.

You mean the mighty player expulsion that occured with about 1 series prior to halftime with the score about tied, yeah totally forgot that one.

And maybe you should watch the late afternoon sportcenter more.

About tied? That's great. I'm going to go around and say the Lions "about tied" the Jets and correct people when they say the Jets won. I'll say "Oh no, the Lions ABOUT TIED them."

The Colts were ahead. I tell you what, we'll trade you Curtis Painter and you can bench Sanchez and let's see how many games you win. You admitted how horrific the Colts backups were earlier and are only confirming what I'm saying. So what if the Colts played the starters to hit some sort of contractual milestone or other record?

And maybe you should watch the late afternoon sportcenter more.

Translation: you can't link to it.

Hey Indy. Give the Jets fan a break. They've been suffering like almost forever!
This reminds of that old Modell's commercial where Joe Namath is buying Jets gear.

store clerk: "That's" a really strong team you're supporting."
namath: "Yea! We beat the colts!"
store clerk: "..Another really strong team." /obvious sarcasm.

This is when they were both terrible.

LOL. I remember that in the early 80s, the Colts/Patriots twice-a-year matchups were also dubbed the toilet bowl since both teams were consistently awful.

Why would I bet money on one team I don't care about against another team I don't care about? The Jets might very well win and I'm not about to pour $100 down the drain as insane as this season has been.

Still has a losing record vs patriots and one of those wins came with Cassel leading the pats, not really a great statistic in Manning's favor.

But I agree concerning the Jets/Colts game, the only reason the Jets were in it was because the Colts were playing for stats and didn't need the win, whereas the Jets absolutely needed the win.

That's pretty nice. If you get mad at a guy and he needs a beat down, it's only going to cost 25k and miss the rest of the current game.

I'm glad AJ didn't get suspended. He has a good rep compared in comparison but they both should have bee suspended before it turns into hockey.

The real issue is loopy lupi seems to take it as a personal insult if someone dares to disagree that the jets are the next best thing since sliced bread.
