I disagree. This is similar to my fav team which is the Dallas Mavericks. Mavericks have built around Nowitzki for 11 or 12 years and it's only gotten them one ring. Totally worth it IMO. Mavs started 31 years ago. So waiting 11 years for Nowitzki to deliver wasn't bad. There are many teams that won't get a championship for 30+ years.
The last time one of my teams (NFL, NHL, MLB) won a championship was in 1965, when the Bills won the last AFL championship before the Super Bowl was implemented. My NHL team (Sabres) has never won the Stanley Cup, and my MLB team (Indians) last won in 1948.

Needless to say, I would LOVE to see a championship.

Difference is now that Peyton is gone, the Colts are worthless for years to come. The Mavs could still compete without Dirk.

Did you watch the NBA playoffs and the Finals? Dirk was a one man wrecking crew. Without Dirk the Mavs are a lottery team.
Even if Peyton is done it was all worth it. The Colts fans have had many playoff runs, big wins and losses, a ring, a superbowl loss, etc.. What else could a sports fan ask for.

Uh yeah, I did. Dirk is a big part of that team, obviously. He was not a one man wrecking crew though. Lots of guys on that team stepped up and had huge games.

The Colts have nobody. Horrible comparison

That's a thrashing they are putting on KC. And hellalol @ Pittsburg. After all the smack talk before the game....Baltimore was the only one who could back it up.

You're not seriously gonna argue Mavs basketball with me? I watched every minute played last season. When I saw a play I liked I'd rewind it and watch it again. I attended two of the playoff games, met Jason Terry in mavs locker room, been watching since they were winning 20 games a year, the whole reason I ordered uverse was for mavs basketball, etc..

Yep, I'm going to argue Mavs basketball with you.

I don't care who the hell you met, trying to compare Mavs with no Dirk to Colts with no Manning is fucking retarded.

Not even close

He'll be back next year and possibly even this year, though I think they'd be insane to play him this year.

Great win for the Lions on the road against a good Buc team. I'm tellin 'ya nobody want's to play the Lions D line this year, 56 yds total for the Bucs is not a fluke IMO, I watched that line play very well against an experienced Patriots O line and looked close to dominant in that game..
