Last I checked if you have possession and break the plane AND he was down by contact then it's a touchdown. He completed a catch. Too bad Goodell is too much of a pussy to do anything. And trust me, it wasn't because the Texans are awesome. The Colts were just that awful and Polian's outright refusal to acquire OL with high draft picks or through FA is going to kill us.
