At the end of the play, Von Miller cheap shot Dan Connolly when he wasn't looking. Then the Pats grabbed Miller to the sidelines and stomped him.

Teams have faked injuries to slow down the Pats multiple times this year, fans probably thought that's what it was.

I had the 49ers D this year (I drafted the Pats and picked up SF on free agency), and I also had Vernon Davis. He completely sucked during the regular season. Where was all of this when I needed him?

Oh, well. Clearly the Saints need some major, major work on defense. I don't know what their problem is, but they need to get it in gear. Brees doesn't have too many Super Bowl years left in him.

Niners offense looked really bad the first 3 quarters, then in the 4th quarter Alex Smith turned into another QB. Well deserved win. They have killer defense, killer special teams, and maybe their offense is getting into the swing of things now. Is amazing Alex Smith got as many chances as he did, most QBs get declared a bust if they don't do anything in the first 2-3 years. Bet their glad they stuck with him now, though.

Actually, they looked really good the first quarter. sucked for the next 2+3/4 quarters.

Anyone have a gif of that first quarter hit that caused the fumble? I almost feel bad for the Saint because I'm pretty sure he got knocked out, his arms went stiff then had all those guys pile on him.
