GO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!

Tought game, but the Giants can win this one. Seattle is excellent, but if the Giants O line can stop the rush and give Eli some time, the Giants have a chance. The Giants are 2nd in the NFl in stopping the run, so they may be able to contain Alexander. Regardless, it will be a fun game.

Wow, that was a brutal loss. Feely has been near perfect this season, who woulda thunk it. It was almost Jetslike. :(

Bitter-sweet feeling after this game. Very impressed with Eli and another 4th quarter comeback. Yet Giants found another way to lose a game that they should've won.

Btw, that Shockey overturned call was such a make up call for earlier TD. Giants need Will Peterson back ASAP (provided he's healthy enough). Deloach is on and off, and now he's hurt. Webster has been a total bust so far.

Either way, I think this team is a year away from making any serious bid for the Super Bowl.

What happened to Frank Walker? He played very well at the end of last season, and now the only time I see him is on special teams.

I think Frank plays in 4 WR situations. I think the jury on Walker is that he's a great play maker but doesn't have enough talent to play WR on an every down basis.

Biggest game of the year this Sunday. I hope the season ticket holders didn't sell out to Dallas fans.

Eli sucks. Thats all I can say. The Giants are being carried by their "big 3". Burress, Shockey, and Barber. If the Giants had a real quarterback, then they would def be better than 9-4. Well, if they had a better kicker, they would also be 9-3 :)

Manning is still a rookie. He was doing well the 1st half of the season, and is now becoming innacurate. He'll get it under control.

If you ever saw peyton in action during his first season, you would know that he is nothing like eli. Even though the colts were what? 3 and 13 that seasoN I think, you could tell that peyton had the whole offense under control, and it was the poor job of the receivers and defense that gave them the record.

I don't expect Eli to be Peyton, and it's unfair to compare them although it will always be done. I expect Eli to be a good, solid QB in this league, probably not the best one, but he'll get the job done.

Giants lock up the NFC East title. What a season. Coming in there was NO ONE who could've predicted this. GO BIG BLUE.

While I'm happy they won (huge Giants fan), I can't say I feel very good about their chances in the playoffs with all the injuries ... hopefully we can win at home next week at least, but I think thats going to be it for this year. Good news is that I think Eli is the real deal, Tiki should be back & if we can improve the secondary some, next season watch out NFC east!

You're damn right. Tiki may not win the MVP, but he's carried the Giants to the division crown this year. He's the man.

Chiming in late, (hey, the Holiday has kept me busy), but I just want to say, first, in Spetember I had Big Blue pegged for 8-8, and with a break or two, 9-7. So I'm happy with the way things turned out.
Having said that, I must also say that the more I watch them play, the less confident I am. Seems every week they make an opposing player, particularly the QB, look like an All Pro, no matter who it is. Yesterday, Collins threw for more than 300 yards, and an awful Raiders team hung around until the last two minutes. Not very confidence inspiring.
The Giants secondary is an open, festering wound.
And the offense, all I can say is :disgust:. The receivers, Burress and Shockey in particular, drop as many balls as they catch. But this may attributable to the fact that Manning is never on target with his passes. Maybe they are so surprised they panick when the ball hits their hands??
So, we'll see what happens. First round in the Meadowlands could be winnable. After that, they start to face the big boys, and things could get real ugly, real fast.
But, hey, to a successful season overall. I mean, they're not the Jets or the Eagles. . .hehe.
