That's what I meant; is 1.5 buggy/bad or OK.

I've heard of mobo's O'clocking higher with one stick memory before, but I'm not sure exactly what causes it. For one I may guess that the sticks are not perfectly matched. ? Did you try EACH stick separately? Also I think I heard sometimes you have to relax the timings a bit for DC operation.

There does seem to be one bug that I didn't catch since I don't use RAID, but I did just confirm it. The Intel RAID BIOS setup does not appear during POST, although the controller will remain functional in Windows.

Bought the Neo2-LS board 2 weeks ago (if I read this thread first, I might not have gotten it) but anyways, it ran fine with my 2.4C and a stick of 512mb Muskin PC3000 EL. However, I wanted this board for it's overclocking abilities.

First try, I flashed to bios 1.4 and used DOT, setting it to Ultra-turbo and General. CoreCenter (CC) was able to push it past 3.2G, but I wanted to do that on the bios...didn't even post.

Second try, I did some research and did more reading...and flashed to bios 1.5 and disable DOT (setting it to Private also). Up my vcore to 1.525 and Dcore to 2.6, then set the FSB to 250. Been running prime95 for the last 12 hours with no errors so far. Basically I got it to 3G (might try more later tonight) but have a few issues that annoyed me:

1) My FSB:RAM ratio is 3:2 instead of 1:1 (so effectively my ram is only running at 166 x 2 = 333).\
2) My temp is 66C (using stock cooling) when running prime95. Seemed kinda high to me when other ppl are getting it 44-52C (using stock)
3) Although bios shows my memory timing to be 2-3-3-6 (cpu-z shows it to be 2.5-4-4-8). Grrr.

Oh well, I guess I shouldn't complain much since most people are having worst problems then me...but I'm used to getting what I paid for. (always had an Asus -why did I switch???)

Does anyone know how many board revisions of the FIS2R are out now? Still the original release or has there been a new revision released?

By looking at the D-link, I am having Keyboard initialization problems. The board is brand new, is it something else???

?????? Your DLink what? You mean like a DLink router? All I can say from your post is to maybe try a PS2 keyboard if you're using a USB keyboard.
