That could be the date BestBuy and evryone has it. EBGames always has everything a good 2 weeks before BB. Also, the press release said as soon as the 25th, so it could be later.

I have read in some places that the actual dates the retailers have might be off since the MOO3 team kept the date internal to keep people from getting too excited.

NM, I just read the articles. I guess they were right.
