Quick question: if you have Cold Blooded on and no silencer, do you show up on the radar when you fire?

Yes, you do.

Has anyone been in a match where everyone is moving super fast? I was in one last night, and it was madness.

Yep, joined into one last night. Not only would you move ridiculously fast, you would slide around all over the place, was kind fun though.

Yes, it only effects the UAV radar and heartbeat sensor as well IIR

Strangely it does not affect heartbeat sensor (you need ninja for that; did they fix ninja yet?), but it DOES affect air support and sentry guns, which is awesome. You can run around with helicopters and harriers in the air and not worry about getting shot. You are still visible for AC-130, chopper gunner and predator missile, but you don't have a red box around you. Usually when the AC-130 or chopper gunner is out I'm yelling "get away from me!" into my mic, but no one can hear me because I'm in a private chat. The only way I get hit by air support is if one of my teammates is near me.

The wife and some of her friends are going out for drinks and to see a movie that I've no interest in seeing tonight. Any interest in maybe getting a private match started?

We can mix and match game types.

blowfish, if you're free it'd be a good time to brush up on some skills (there's no ranking involved).

Wish I had seen this as I would have joined last night but I didn't even turn on my xbox

I always feel like I'm the only one on my team that pays attention to enemy predator missiles. Once I hear that noise, my first instinct is to run AWAY from everyone else, since most people will go for group kills with it. Half of the time I get some idiot teammate that follows me and I end up dead.

I'm the exact same way, I try to get as far away from people as possible. I can't count how many times I've seen my team cluster when one is coming down. Before I had Cold-Blooded I swore I was being targeted, like they could see my name. The kill cam would show the guy directing his missile towards the other end of the map at 2 guys then he decides to take me out instead. The one that irks me is when I'm going to knife a sentry gun and a teammate without CB runs behind me and I get taken out.

You should try out the Aug HBAR w/ grip. Use Sleight of Hand instead of Bling (the iron sights are great IMO), and if you have SoH pro, faster aiming down the scope comes in handy if you ever do get someone that runs up on you.

Ya know, I've never actually tried to get a nuke. For objective game types I think it ruins the game, for TDM I think it's just an annoyance that gives boosters something to do. Sure, alot of really good player's get 'em but the ratio of boosted nukes : legit nukes has got to be like 10:1.

Played a good bit this morning and was back on fire. Started off with several games where my ratio was over 7:1. Lots of good fun, got a few FR's from random people I was playing.

I use the RPD with a grip + silencer primarily. I think it has the best iron sights. I can usually hit my predator without being anywhere near having to reload. The only problem is you have to keep the action in front of you since it's difficult to turn quickly.

I got into an ice skating game. Was pretty fun actually, and I did really well somehow (22-8) at least compared to everyone else. In the lobby I joked around and said "That was fun, you guys want to do that again or what? Let me know" and then got all these messages calling me a moron :D

I'm seriously starting to get frustrated from playing this game for the first time all because I'm trying for the nuke. It boils down to whether or not I can get the 7 kills for the harrier strike and if I'm psychic enough to get the 4 necessary kills from the harrier strike for my chopper gunner.

A lot of games I get denied at like 6 kills or worst I hit 7 kills and get my harrier but then I die. Totally frustrating and definitely not the same game I was playing the last 2 months. I'm probably just going to go back to my care package hoarding killstreaks once I hit land the second nuke.

I just think the entire idea behind the nuke sort of defeats the purpose of the game...but that's just me.

When running from a predator, you only have to be faster than the guy running next to you..Hope you have lightweight and marathon on.

I actually have a friend that started playing recently, and got good really fast. Probably due to being young or something. Guy is about lvl 60 non-prestige, and landed his second nuke a couple nights ago.

I will probably never get a nuke in this game :(. Oh well.

Unlock the thermal.. you will love it even more. I use the RPD with thermal and grip bling/stopping power/steady aim and I tear through the other team. I have a second setup, where I use the RPD with silencer and grip with bling/cold blooded/ninja and do pretty much the same, but they never see or hear me.

A few nights ago I was in a game where a guy on my team racked up something like 150 kills. Throughout the entire match, every 10 seconds, all you would hear is a killstreak coming from that guy. What the hell kind of glitch is that? I had to report this guy, even though he was on my team. Felt bad for guys on other team. I would have left the bs match, If I were them.

Was there a guy on the other team who went 0-150 or something? Sounds like a booster to me. They're most common in Free For All because everyone is fighting everyone, but it's not too hard to get a friend to join your game but be on the other team. I believe choosing "Join Session in Progress" rather than using an invite pretty much guarantees you'll be on opposite teams. Then they just need to find an unused corner of the map and a tactical insertion.

It was strange b/c I was looking for that, but everyone was like 30, 40, 50 deaths. I had the longest kill streak in the game, so I don't know how this guy was calling killstreak after killstreak after killstreak. Every 10 secs, was friendly harrier...friendly emergency airdrop...friendly pavelow..etc. Perhaps, everyone on the other team was boosting for that guy specifically...I don't know.

I game on the 360, btw.

If he kept getting emergency airdrop, then chances are there were at least 2 good KS with it. You can save them up like that.

I would have gotten a nuke on Rundown in a Domination game. I started out 1-3 then decided to slow my play down so I went in the building that looks straight down the bridge that has B (but is on the C side, towards the corner). My team took B and C then kept going around the edge trying to get A. They left the middle bridge wide open, so the other team just kept trying to run across. I picked them off with an RPD. I wanted to move after I got my Harrier, but they just kept coming. So then I got my Chopper gunner. Got something like 12 or 13 kills with it. Got a few more with my RPD when it was finished. Match ended and I was 26-3.

I wouldn't call that camping either. If you know what building I'm talking about then you'll know that the window is visible from just about every second story window on the other side of the map. It was just the other team didn't see me I guess. I got shot at a few times, but they were really just making a mad rush for B and not paying attention to their surroundings.

What you did was definitely not camping.

I almost hit another nuke earlier. Got my Chopper up but I was playing against an entire clan who decided to hide indoors the entire time my chopper was up. The game ended and I was only 4 kills away :( I also managed to deny a guy a nuke at 24 kills. Best feeling in the world lol
