Man, I don't think I'm going to prestige again. I just unlocked SitRep Pro and it took me the better part of 5 days 🙁

Here's a question for you:

Would you let your roommate, who sucks at games, play on your account knowing that it would murder your stats?

My roommate got sick of just watching me play and asked if he could do just that. I let him. But its hard watching him go 1-15

I have been giving my buddy crap when he plays online with my account. I just tell him how bad he is murdering my stats and what not. In the end it doesn't really matter though. My kill to death is still over 1.3, not great, but decent. I figure he has to learn somehow.

AUG w/grip is one of my favorites. With stopping power it's a 2 shot kill no matter what (unless you're shooting through something).

I love the AUG, it's my go to gun when I'm getting my ass kicked trying to unlock other weapons.

My first time through I used lightweight for my second perk because I hated taking an hour to run 30 ft. Now, using it with stopping power is great it does ok at close range if you can get the jump on someone. But at medium to far distances, it's almost unstoppable.

I was just playing TDM on Afghan and got a Triple kill with it. I guess three guys were camping in the smaller bunker, and I was hiding behind a small hill where TF141 spawns and I just started unloading on that bunker and managed to somehow get all three of them.

That was a great moment for me. I'm pretty sure if I was on the other end of that, I'd be pretty pissed.

I don't care too much about my k/d stats. I get into TK wars in HC that really drag it down 😀

My ratio in COD4 was just under 2.5 and I imagine MW2 would be close to that if it weren't for my "indiscretions". As it is it's about 1.5.

Im just scared it will be really hard for me to get into since im a newbie. also wondering if the replay value is really that great. would you say its a fun game to pick up and play on weekends to kill time?

If you'll play multiplayer it's definitely worth it. If you'll only play single-player, rent it.

i would pass on the prestige edition, unless you want all that crap or don't already have mw1. the nvg's, who knows how good they are

i would definitely play MP, but my connection to the room where my HT is kind of sucks, so im not sure if it would be sufficient. also, im scared itll be really tough for me to get into since everyone is so intense about this game, haha.

Yeah, that's a good price. Although I don't know how many people are playing the original CoD.

Kabob is right - it's actually the original Call of Duty that's included, not Call of Duty 4.

I agree that Call of Duty 4 had a better online experience (far fewer 'wtf' moments than MW2 and strategy played a larger role), but MW2 is still fun. Honestly I'd rather play COD4 than MW2, but it's almost impossible finding matches with good pings since everyone is playing MW2 now. COD4 player counts hover around 10k during the day, compared to MW2's six figures 🙁

I used the TAR-21 on my run up to level 70 and I really like it. I just went Prestige and I think I'll stick with the SCAR H as I'm getting used to it this time around.

yea cod4 felt more tactical to me, whereas mw2 feels more arcadish
kinda like when they moved cs1.6 to source

source just does not feel competitive, it feels like i just dropped a quarter in and am running around. i went back to 1.6 league play because it just "feels" right

Kind of sucks having to unlock all the perks again. I don't mind starting off barebones with the guns, but they should allow us to keep the perks though.

Regular SitRep is just meh (it makes claymores, tactical insertions, and C4 glow red through surfaces; essentially just like Bomb Squad from the last two COD games), but SitRep Pro makes enemy footsteps louder.

You level up quickly as well. After prestiging, I leveled up to 4 after the first match. I was on top as well, but went 26-23. I used the pre-set with the ump, and was running around like crazy. Twas quite fun.

They should have made weapon camo's & ghillie prestige only and tie it in to the headshot thing & weapons tracking. I only say that because I'll never get 250 headshots unless I use the gun my entire prestige or I hit prestige 10.

really? I'm only lvl 30 prestige1 and I have 180 headshots with the scar. They'll come faster than you think.

I don't use the same weapon all the time. Odds are I'll have 300 kills within the next 5 levels of getting it, and have everything unlocked shortly afterwards. In that time, I'll probably get red or blue tiger.
