total letdown.

last week's preview had jeremy davies saying that they weren't here to rescue them, this week's preview he says they are here to rescue them.

last week jack wanted back on the island (or last season i guess) and now hurley wants back on.

Well, a lot of us picked up on the Oceanic 6 bit. Theres Jack, Hurley, and Kate that we know got off. Then theres (what im suspecting was one) one thats dead, the one in that coffin last season.

Someone said they were sick of the flash forwar/back. I thought throughout the whole episode it was a flash forward?

Im so confused. I want to laugh at who was wrong, Jack or Locke, but it seems to keep switching between them.

How did Locke know about Charlie when he met Hurley in the jungle? He hadn't talked to Hurley's group because Sayid was mad when he saw Locke. The only people who knew were the people on the beach (Sawyer, Sayid, etc.)

Lol, yeah I know. I didn't want to post spoilers even though it already aired. Or well, that kind of spoiler.

Kaido, it's assumed that Hurley and Locke talked about it as they made their way to Sawyer and the rest of the group.

Didn't answer a ton of questions. Kind of put a depressing spin on the whole thing. So basically 6 of them get off the island but at least 2 want to go back and 1 presumably dies. I still love this show tough. At least it's different than everything else.

The idea of them getting off the island and then going back is starting to grow on me. It would have been tough for them to drag out the show for 3 more seasons if they're STILL stuck on the island hoping to get rescued. It's actually really impressive the way the writers have kept a single (though complex) mystery going for 3 seasons strong and still keeping it interesting. I can't think of a single other TV show that has done it, except maybe for the X-Files.
