God, I hope so. I remember in the mid 90's we were having a fantastic season like now but then got owned by the braves in the playoffs. Ugh.

I just hope we can keep it together this time.
 
I'm not feeling it for the Dodgers as of late.
Their offense been in a funk. They been winning games miracalously late in the game.
Their staring pitching been in a funk too. Beyond Perez, Weaver and maybe Lima, they have no other reliable starter.

Lucky for them, they are playing StLouis when they are also in a funk as of late.
The Dodgers can definately win a 5 game series.....I don't see them winning a 7 game series.
If only they had Brad Penny, it would have made a world of difference in the playoff.
 
Dodgers are taking a beating...big time.. and Perez is there current best starter at the moment?? Doesn't bode well.

So basically you're saying that the Dodgers suck, and it's easier for them to win in a 5 game series where more luck than skill is involved vs a 7 game. lol


 
I've said it before and I'll say it again, LA and ATL's starting pitchers are FRAUDULENT. St.L as well, but as least they have the big bats to compensate.

As much as it hurt me to say it. YES.
They don't even have a real quality 3rd pitcher much less a 4th to compete in a 7 game series.
I thought their playoff chances went out the door when Penny was ruled out for the season.
I'm just glad they manage to win the division title by crawling to the finish line.
 
And whats up with their hitting as of late anyhow ??
Ever since the beginning of the Colorado series, they have mange to do nothing until like the 8th inning.
