Here's what I think will happen:

1. Leopard: More details, ZFS announced. Maybe some cool new features.
2. iPhone: More details, probably more Google synergy.
3. Software: Dot Mac gets a Google facelift.
4. iMac: New, slimmer design. Upgrades. No more 17".
5. Mac Mini: Upgrade to Core 2 Duo, unofficial support for 3gb ram.
6. Apple monitors: New Apple Cinema Displays, maybe with iSight integrated.

Here's what might happen:

1. Mac Mini: Gets the axe along with the 17" iMac. Mac Pro Lite or super iMac?
2. Laptop: MacBook Ultra Portable.
3. iLife: As long as they're talking about Leopard...
4. iPod: New iPhone-style iPod announced.

I definitely think this WWDC is over-hyped, but then again they all are. It's kind of like watching movie trailers...the movie is never as good but it's sure fun to get psyched for it!

I anxiously await any news about ZFS from WWDC attendees once they have a chance to install the Leopard beta. The features covered at WWDC don't seem to be anything that will drastically affect the way I work (except Spaces, since I'd be moving from Vista and Tiger). Of course, neither will ZFS, but I place a high priority on safely archiving my large (and growing) photo collection, and of all current storage systems, ZFS offers the best combination of features and price (at least on Solaris, where it's free).
