Is your phone updated to 2.3.6 (T989 UVLDE) assuming your on tmobile.

Also you need the very latest Kies released on 6/11.

Finally got it on Sunday... nice. Just an odd mix between ICS and touchwiz... not sure how I feel about it yet...but so far not bad, all my apps that I commonly use seem to work.

Sweet. My favorite roms are always based on just taking the bloat out of the stock rom. Then I can put whatever kernal I want on it. As neat as all the tweaks and such to some of them are... I always got the best results with stock roms.

Anyone got a significant boost in speed and smoothness? I ran a Quadrant score and it ranges from 3800-4100 which is a real improvement.

I got similar results on my tmo sgs2 when i went ics.

I've actually noticed some lagginess at certain times, more so than I ever remember on 2.x
