I know almost nothing about this topic except that the Draught stuff has been in my fridge for months and tastes awful.

Is this BS on my part or what? I just had a Guinness at a pub and it was delicious compared to the crap I bought...bad batch perhaps?

I think Draught means draft or something but

The bottle stuff sucks but the Guiness in the 16 oz cans is good. Has something to do with the plastic balls that are in the cans. I've read that the balls are nitrogen charged and sealed in the cans.
