Thanks for all the memories Roger! I had the pleasure of meeting the man and attending a game with his hot wife in which he was pitching. Good times :)

I hope he shows his normal brilliance tomorrow, because he really fell apart in game 7 of the ALCS and was visibly irritated with himself. A great career, and another Yankee destined for the Hall of Fame.

I really wonder if he'll go in as a Yankee. From what I heard, it's no longer the player's choice what cap he gets to wear going in.

Oh, pipe down. The guy is one of the best pitchers of all time.

Thanks Roger for a great career, and one of the main reasons I'm a Boston fan. Another Red Sox great in the Hall of Fame!

He had great years with the Sox, but 2 of his 3 Cy Young awards were after his Sox days.

That sucks if it's true that it's no longer the player's choice.

Clemens is a great pitcher, unfortunately he wasn't the poster boy for class. I'm sorry to see a great player leave the game, but I don't really like the guy as a person.

...because he instills fear in a lot of batters that think he could hit them with no retribution. call it "working the plate" if you want, but i call it "working the chin". lots of great pitchers pitched well without resorting to thuggery.

He has 6 Cy Youngs. 3 with Boston, 2 with Toronto, and one with NY.
