Tipoff at 9PM, and I can't wait!!! The Roy Williams vs. Coach K era finally begins! The 'UNC' is no longer part of my name, but I'm still a Tar Heel bred. Its gonna be a tough night for the Heels, but they'll find a way to pull out a win (if they could do it last year without Sean May they can do it again!)

The one thing I'm really happy about--the ESPN telecast will be blacked out in my region because its being covered by Raycom/Jefferson Pilot sports on a local channel. That means I won't have to see or listen to Duke Vitale calling plays. 🙂

Anyone else care about the game? I know all the NC State fans will be pullin' for the Heels...

I'm neither a UNC or Duke fan, but I love ACC Basketball. I'm going to watch it (in HD) just for the best rivalry in all sports (college AND pro). Roys Boys are fun to watch, they move so fast on transition (just like Kansas last year). Last time these 2 coaches met, Roy knocked Coach K out of the NCAA Tourney. McCants and Reddick are fun to watch. Can't wait!
 
End of first half and it's 42-37 Duke. It's still anyone's game, but that really means that Carolina is gonna come back 😀:beer:

Actually no, as a State fan, I am still pulling for Duke. Even if Duke lost this game I doubt they would lose any more, and they are obviously a better team than we are.

I will NEVER pull for UNC, unless, and only maybe, if they are the last ACC team in the tourney.
