I clear a grift 45 with the IK (4) and Wastes (6) sets with a great ancient IKBB. The only ancient peices I have I cant use in the build except crafted Reapers and the weapon. My helm needs a replacement as it's a very ordinary one.

It's a (too) long work in progress lol

I am going to be playing a while this afternoon. If I see you on maybe we can do some gear runs. I also need to upgrade my gems.

The good: got 3 set items on a cow level.

The bad: they were all BS plans.

Checked my non-seasonal and only have 1 of them there, if I learn them now will they get carried over at reset or should I keep it in stash till then?

Totally stoked. Got starmetal kukri today running a 51 grift while playing my barb. Not the greatest roll, but damn permabbv makes up for it.

I ran some grifts with it and its everything I thought it would be. I just need to work in some cc so my glass cannon-ness is minimized and I will be good to go.

I was running a T6 rift on my Barb. The floor looked like a Keeps level and I saw an orange goblin. I killed it and out popped a ceremonial knife and some ring. The first thing that entered my head before even looking at it, it would be an SMK. Sure enough, it was an SMK. It was non ancient and rolled 2208.5 damage.

After 30k+ elite kills and hundreds of hours on my WD before seasons hit, I finally got one.

So now all I need is ancient shoulders/helm/BK weapons. It would be nice to have an ancient rorg, but hey I'll take what I've got.

had a lot of fun "speed" grifting with some folks yesterday. must have mowed down 9 or 10 grifts in an hour or so. 7-8 g34 and a few g41 and g44s.

Definitely appreciate some of the help you guys have given me as a newb both here and in game. Wanted to share a fate of the RNG story with you guys.

I'm playing as a Crusader and hit 70 last night. Finally. Was doing a bounty and made sure to ding 70 before opening the Act 1 chest. I heard the first piece of loot I needed to chase down was the Ring of Royal Grandeur as it is a great starting piece and falls out of the Act 1 chest.

Pop open my first level 70 bounty chest. Legendary Ring. Ring of Royal Grandeur.

This of course means the next thing I look for will fall on the complete opposite end of the RNG spectrum. I've been on both sides before....

Well I got an ancient SOE. Also minor upgrade to a reg leg bk weapon. It let me complete a 46 solo. Cue the "inch by inch" speech from Any Given Sunday...

I found three gifts in less than an hour running GRs with random people.

I FINALLY found a SoE that has Str / Vit / AR / %Life. It is my second one at PL 620. I found my first one at PL 602 or 603.

Finally got a Kridershot the other night. Not the greatest roll in stats and lower damage output than the ancient dawn I was using before it. However it allows me to use elemental arrow instead of evasive fire and wow another step up in damage output.

I know people have been talking about lightning builds using unhallowed essence sets and the quiver that slows elemental arrow down. But I am finding a cold build using cull of the weak and the quiver that allows multishot to hit twice below 5x% really good as well. Iceblink at rank 25 pushes crit chance to 61% against chilled foes.

Group I was running GR's with last night, me and another guy found gifts in the same run. Didn't know they would not stack till the sharing timer ran out. Got to Paragon 565 last night I'm trying to grind out to 600 but man it takes forever.

It's going to take me to the end of july to get from 754 to 800.

I must be losing my touch I only picked up 6 more gifts in the last week. I did burn 3 though so my stash is running low. 😉
