If he's cheating, NASCAR will find out one way or the other...

Bottom line, people hated his dad with a passion...and that hatred is passing onto his son too. Damn shame people are so hateful

What do you mean, hatred of his son? Every fvcking person in the world is a Jr. fan! I don't necessarily dislike him, just the fans.

Burnouts/donuts are hard with a restricted engine.

If I can whip an automatic Ford econoline around, he can do it with that...We've seen it at Daytona before.

Yeah, Dale Jr. shoulda tried a burnout! It's not like he needs to worry about saving car for the next race, or anything like that. The 1st place car automatically gets put on display at Daytona USA for a year, so he won't be seeing that ride again for awhile.

He's not cheating, the cars are inspected for every race. There are so many tweaks that affect how the car runs/handles that they ARE allowed to do that makes all the difference. Not to mention the driver's ability too.

The fix was in. NASCAR made the call and the most popular and sentimental favorite was given the race. Given the fact that the ONLY time Earnhardt Sr. won was ALSO on February 15th, 6 years ago, it's mighty suspicious how Jr. wins today. Stewart leads the race for 100+ laps, with Jr. behind him and Kurt Busch, who was a lap down but with a VERY good car, also in the lead pack. Then with 20-something laps to go Jr. miraculously passes the #20 and neither Stewart nor Busch can get anywhere near him? Looks to me like they laid off and let him run away with the race.

NASCAR, to me, seems to be changing TOO much to please the fans. With the new 10 race "playoff" format at the end of the season to determine the champion, almost completely introduced to make it more exciting for the fans, it wouldn't surprise me if they pulled some bullsh|t like letting Jr. win the race as the sentimental favorite.

baloney.

if you watched the in-car broadcast you could hear Earnhardt was backing off all the time while he was following Stewart. It's called not showing your hand 'til it's time.

Keep an eye out for black helicopters, they're out to get you too. :moon:

Jr. has always been able to pull out and pass like he did with Stewart on restrictor plate tracks. As Stewart siad after the race, he knew Jr. could have pulled the trigger any time he wanted.
