here's some great complaints:

1) the movie has about 1 minute of footage that looks CG, what a complete rip!
2) I don't like using my brain when I watch a movie, I should have gone to see The Lizzie McGuire Movie!
3) WTF was with that rave scene I mean WTF, those wachovia's brothers must be insane or something sticking that scene in the movie i mean wtf, geez.
4) there is no plot!
5) I hated the first matrix, but I went to see this one on opening weekend anyhow, and it sucked, but I'll prob see the 3rd one too anyway, just to see if it sucks also. and i'll prob buy all the dvds and a poster or something and then write "this sucks" on them so people will know that they suck.
6) my movie Critiquing skilz are vastly superior to any other human on earth, Ebert should have hired me instead of that dork face roper, i mean, wtf, anyhow, when the credits rolled all my superior brain could compute was "this movie is suck" so therefore you are stupid and this movie is dumb. check it though cause pokemon heroes is coming out and that looks pretty sweet.

Don't forget about how they left soooo many loose ends. I mean they could have told us everything for crying out loud, but nooooooo they're releasing another movie that will explain everything. Losers.

1) everyone complains abuot the CG. it's probably some of the best out yet. "LOTR!!!!" you say. "Remember Golem!!! He looked so real!!!!" oh yeah? he looked real, did he? tell me, when was the last time you saw golem in real life? lotr was good because the CG was of FAKE AND MYTHICAL CREATURES. the more grotesque and fantastic you make a CG, the less you can tell that it's copmuter animated. go watch LOTR and check out when they try to CG w/ real people. it's a complete and total piece of a$$. remember the hobbits sitting on the ent and walking through the forest? all i could think while watching that was that it must of been hand drawn by a 12 year old.

2) all though i don't agree that one shouldn't use their brain during a movie, i do agree that alot of the movie was farking confusing. i have to go watch it again.

3) the rave scene was retarded. but i think it was necessary. half the time during the original matrix i was wondering wtf zion and it's people were like. now i know. i think the worth in that scene was that it juxtaposed humans (real, emotional, passionate creatures) against machines (rigid, liveless, blah blah blah).

4) you think there's no plot because you don't like to use your brain during movies. i'd say that the complete opposite is true. there is SO MUCH FARKING plot that it confuses the hell outta people. like i said, i gotta go watch this b!tch again to figure things out.

I totally agree, instead of having that rave scene with that god awful music they should've blasted some Backstreet Boys so that Neo and Morpheus could get it on.

I actually went and saw it tonight. I had a very negative expectation going in, but I enjoyed it very much. I think people have criticisms because they either try to think too deep, or can't think enough.

Yes, it showed that they're a bunch of techno raving xtacy fueled idiots. After seeing that Zion is nothing but a bunch of raver losers, I don't care if the machines destroy it. Actually, if all that's left of humanity is a bunch of ravers, I'd rather the machines killed us off.

Gotta Aagree there, I saw it last night too and overall I thought it was a great movie.... the only thing I didnt like was the whole dance thing at the beginning. It was totally out of place IMO.... When it was happening I was thinking WTF is this? The sad thing is that scene probably cost a ton of money to film, and was useless as far as the movie went. Machines are coming down to kill us all so what should we do? Oh yeah lets party....
