He does not have a morals clause in his contract. So he probably has a good case against CBS.

Having said all of that; the guy is certifiable and probably playing all of us for fools for buying into this. He is probably done with the sit-com and now just wants to be a regular guy with tons of blow and hookers. The only way he can achieve this is by acting this way.

@25:00 mark he addresses people and the media who think he is "crazy"

edit: also says he's passed 3 drug tests in recent days.

What's the point of passing drug tests "in recent days" when he's going to do more anytime he pleases? These drugs are illegal and I'm surprised that no police officer has found anything on him yet. He should be in jail.

Ronald Reagan is good for laughs, I just get annoyed when any humans speak of him as a supernatural force of awesomeness, especially when that human's sole accomplishments are in acting.

Hey, that's the way a lot of people feel.

He has no case whatsoever. CBS has a contract with Chuck Lorre, and it can cancel the show for whatever reason it wants. Hell, they can just say "We want to go in another direction," and end it immediately. You can't sue a network for canceling your show, lol.

The thing about coke fiends is that after a major binge, they will still be crazy, even though they aren't using. Then, as reality starts to close in, they will want to do more coke to get back to that special crazy place. Coke only lasts in your system for a couple days. I bet he was sober for a week and a half, took some drug tests for the media, and to prove to himself that he could do it.

Of course, he's going to dive into an eightball pretty soon.

Yes, I've passed judgment based on his actions, lol. Is judging someone based on their actions bad now? Is it not PC? Is this crackhead "misunderstood"?

How can either of you form an opinion on this without having the actual contract in front of you? Oh wait, this is ATOT, where the armchair lawyer reigns supreme.

Have you ever known a coke addict? Have you even done coke?

My best friend has been on a meth binge in the southwestern U.S. somewhere for the last 14 months does that count?

And according to many on this board i'm a full blown addict myself

Your confusing opinions with beliefs. I've got opinions(flexible). Everyone else here already has formed beliefs.(inflexible)

The only time I've ever heard about talent suing their network for cancellation was Don Imus, which was different because he was an employee of CBS. Sheen is an employee of Chuck Lorre Productions, not CBS. CBS's contract to broadcast the show was with Chuck Lorre Productions, not any particular actor. If Lorre didn't want to end the show, but CBS just stopped broadcasting it, he might have a case, depending on the contract. But, an actor? No fucking way. Networks want a healthy distance from the talent for just these types of situations.

lol, you sound like a crackhead I once met in Harlem. He sounded all smart and was arrogant as hell. His favorite phrase was "You don't understand the reality of the situation."

To you, there's a conspiracy against Charlie Sheen (or whatever his real name is) and the tabloid's out to get him.

Let me get this straight.

Sheen "accidentally" shot one girlfriend in the arm.

He onced overdosed after injecting cocaine.

His ex-wife cited drug and alcohol abuse as the reason of the divorce.

He was charged with felony menacing and third degree assualt on another wife and plea bargained down to misdemeanors and was sentenced to 30 days in rehab and had to attend anger management classes.

February of last year Sheen voluntarily went to rehab.

Last October the police had to remove Sheen from a hotel room involuntarily. He told the police he had been drinking and doing cocaine.

Those are the facts.
Sheen has also said recently he does cocaine and there is nothing wrong with that.

So, we have a person who admitted he had a drug problem. Who admitted to the police quite recently he had been doing drugs.

Anyone who believes ANYTHING Sheen says is just a flat out moron.
Drug addicts will lie and or do anything to keep on doing their drugs.

Sheens life is going down the toilet. He's at the least borderline mentally ill at this point, and desperately needs treatment.

The drama that's playing out in this thread is almost as entertaining as the one in the media. Sheenism works in mysterious ways...
