i think everyone better hope usc beats notre dame.. or else i think notre dame will end up in the national championship(since everyone seems to LOVE ND no matter what) and that would be more of a blowout than usc vs osu.

Even if Notre Dame beats USC next week (and I certainly hope not), I honestly think there is no way Notre Dame will end in the BCS championship because that would mean they would be ranked ahead of a one-loss Michigan team that beat the heck out of Notre Dame earlier in the season. Who knows for sure though, since the BCS rankings can get a little wacky sometimes. If I remember correctly, in 2000, Miami beat Florida St in the regular season, yet Florida St ended up ranked ahead of Miami when the season ended. Hopefully a situation like that doesn't happen again.

Next weekend's game is definitely going to be a tougher week for the Trojans, but if the Trojan D keeps the big playmakers in check like they did tonight, I think USC can squeak out another win.

Now let's see if Cal finally ends up ranked lower than TN. :p

Nope :D

19. California
20. Tennessee

lol :D

What does it take? Maybe we should have run up the score even more instead of putting in the 3rd team when it was 35-0.

You'd still only get credit for one win.

Maybe you shouldn't have lost three times...

Like Cal has too? (UT lost to #4,6, and 10 in the BCS)

I never said anything about Cal. Just that you're silly for thinking that pouring on more points would rank you any higher.

I saw in one poll (USA today maybe?) TN is #19 and Cal is #22. It doesn't really matter I guess. The Vol fans know we get to overwhelm them again next year.

Yeah, they're ahead in all the human polls
