basically From my experiences in brazil.....

the common and poor folk are not attractive.

the middle and upper class women are off the charts to the point where you walk into a night club and have to search for the 1 or 2 ugly ducks. the rest are superior.

from my experience, thats the way it is pretty much everywhere...
 
brazilians girls are hot as hell. my cousin just got back from Rio de Janiero. He said he didnt see a single ugly or fat chick in the clubs. Most were perfect 10s and some were 7 - 9
