It's not bad, but falls WAY short of the MB SL in terms of exterior design. The new 6 most likely will outperform the SL, though.

I don't know, I'm kind of digging the low-swept, "Batmobile" look...

Soft-top convertibles have to die, especially for vehicles in this price range. Even for the few cars that don't look like absolute garbage with the top up, they look 10x better with real sheetmetal.

Excellent driving dynamics, but a beatiful interior and exterior, ruined by that ugly ass soft-top.

I agree. Soft tops are just ugly. From the angle, the rear looks flat and overall not very interesting at all.

LOL.
Anyway, the 6 doesnt have anything exceptional going for it in looks. Performance might change opinionns though.

Front in the last pic looks like an MGF to me.

i saw this at the tokyo motor show, and in person it looked awsome. In those pics it looks lame and femanine.

I hate feminine looking convertables....

Then again the 6 series I saw had its top down

I see at least 2-3 new SL mercedes here in Tokyo every day, and they look SWWWWWWEEET.
