I think they've circumvented the Pricematch \ Return-Rebuy thing for BF by not allowing returns before noon, thus after noon, the 6 hour sale is over and prices go back up.

What does everyone think of the 9600? I've got a GF4 TI4200 (no DVI) that is in RMA.. /me debates. I think i'll pick one up for my HTPC project 🙂

The ad says nothing about not being allowed to price-match, so I'll just go before noon to the registers.

LA, where did you hear/ see this?

I picked up an ATI 9600 tonight, planning on the return Friday morning. I saw nothing in the store about no returns and the receipt has nothing.

BTW: I am VERY interested in info on this ATI 9600. The box does not indicate a HL 2 coupon.

Here is an ATI comparison chart but I cannot find any reviews.

I've read it here I believe as well as a few various other forums. I stopped by Best Buy this evening and inquired with a friend of mine who is a senior supervisor in the AV department. He said they won't be accepting previously purchased pricematches on 6 hour sale products unless you have a coupon from waiting outside.

Seems legit to me and I do agree with it.
