Official BCS Championship game #1 Ohio State v. #2 Florida Thread

mpitts

Waiting for that SEC speed I am always hearing about to catch Ted Ginn Jr.

Edit: Ginn on crutches, along with OSU's title hopes..

😀

#1 was held, where was the flag???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
?????????????????????????

#4 on Florida was held. His jersey got tugged just enough to not be able to attempt to make a play on Ginn. It was pretty obvious too. I'm surprised they didn't call it.

(fyi, i'm not for either team, i don't care who wins really)

Edit: lol, i got beat to it, but i think it was 4 not 1. I could be wrong though.

Man, that was cheap... Florida had a chance to go all the way if it weren't for that facemask. :|

part of the game, same reason you can strategically use pass interference instead of giving up a score or even preventing an INT (offensive pass interference)

I think it's borderline cheating if you do something like that intentionally to prevent a game-changing event. Other sports have much harsher penalties for situations like that for exactly that reason.
