It looks good, except you will want to leave the Jmicron set to IDE, since your optical drive is IDE (not SATA).
When you set your bios to boot to optical drive (and set Jmicron to IDE) you would also want to set Intel to AHCI.
Then boot to the windows CD, hit F6 to install the INTEL drivers (not the Jmicron drivers).
You should be all set after that.
