MrFluffy re-assimilated a friends PII500 that we had lost due to a reformat awhile and added a P90 laptop to his &quot;herd&quot;.

I'm working on assimilating a person I just met who is a big Linux user, and technogeek. Will keep you posted.

I upgraded my pc to a Cely466, built a Cely300A for my daughter, and I've got another 300A on the bench waiting for some memory.

I'm taking a Microsoft class this week... 2152: Implementing Windows 2000 Professional and Server.

And YES, I've assimilated my training PC(a P3-550) to run S@H while I'm in the class; I'll try and assimilate the PCs of those next to me in the class too.. this should get us a few more WUs this week!

Just got some parts in to build a Duron 650@900 crackrack. I hope to be able to get it >1000mhz, but right now I've only got a brand X heatsink on it so I don't want to cook it. Not bad for just running it at 1.650 volts, tho...

I hope you are kidding. We MUST have permission to load and run the client on PCs, no job is worth the risk, and it could cause Team Anandtech to be disqualified from the contest.

I just upgraded my cel300a system with a P3 700e @ 900. It's doing those seti WU's a lot faster now
The celeron 300a @ 450 was pretty good, and as soon as my next BX bosrd arrives it will go to upgrade the K62 450 that is so painfully slow.
Hopefully I'm putting out 12 units a day now, we will see on next weeks stats.

Update:

Well, I'm learning all about Win2K AND I've now assimilated 5 P3-550's for TA-S@H and 2 P3-550s for TA(Federation)-RC5(running as a service)!

Note that these temporary assimilations will end on Friday at 5pm, but for the time being THEY BELONG TO US!!!

My P2-375 at home. Assimilated a P3-600 and will have a Celeron 633 tomorrow or next day. Working on a buddy that just bought an Athlon 600. Also trying for a Celeron 466, another friend of mine.

Starting to get pissed waiting for the mb so my big rig (1.1g Thunderbird) can get started.

Swapped out a c300A@450 for a BP6 w/2 c400@500. Now I need another damn case for the mobo and c300a (I'm a little particular that way... cardboard boxes in my cube at work don't go over to well!)
