I am cooking a 6 pound smoked shoulder ham with roasted potatoes and broccoli with 3 cheese sauce. And to drink with that, I bought a bottle of Belvedere Vodka that I will use as a mix for my guests that like something stronger than coke. For dessert I have Bear Claw Ice Cream (rich chocolate with creamy caramel and chocolate covered cashews).

I think I will put on about 10 pounds this weekend. ;)

Nothing special., AFAIK.

If my parents-in-law don't have us over for dinner then the wife and I'll just have TV dinners or something.

No clue, I gotta work 8 hours on a sunday brunch watching other families feast, then head over to my grandma's house.

We actually did a couple times. You wouldn't believe how pissed off people get at the grocery store when you ask for rabbit in the meat department just before Easter. hahaha

Not much here. I just finished reformatting and re-installing only the good stuff on my system.

I still have to install ICQ.

Bill is going to work all day tommorrow because he doesn't want to pay me for working the holiday. LOL

Chicken...perhaps some chili cheese flavored fritos as well. I am stuck at work on Easter...stuck eating what I can forage from the fridge.

I am thinking a nice, scrumptuous plate of stir-fried tofu and snow peas.. maybe some wheat noodles?

Or.. a bottle of Jamison.

>edit i can't spell scrumptuous.
