I got home late last night from work and not seeing the black ice on our parking lot, I splipped and fell on my left side. I tried to break my fall with my left arm and bam! Now my shoulder is all screwed up. I also hurt my left knee too.
Damn, I usually have good balance. I was very embarrased to slip like that.
I didn't hurt much last night, mostly my knee was sore, but I figured I would be in pain this morning. I was right. It hurts to move both my knee and my shoulder.
Good thing I have some tylenol 2's here.
Arg!!!! It was bad enough deal with drunks last night at work, now I got to deal with this.
