It's subjective, but yes I think Syracuse is better than other bottom feeders. They almost beat Iowa (2OT) and was only down 3 to WVU at the half of their game (they played a solid first half). Furthermore, they beat UConn who beat Indiana who beat #15 at the time Iowa, the team they lost to (still following? lol). They have a good young QB, star WR, and a kicker who hits 87.5% of his FG's. They are easily the worst team in the conf but I think they are better than most conf's worst teams.

Pitt is rebuilding but blew out Cincy, and of course Cincy will finish 4th in the BE if they can beat UConn. Cincy also had the monster upset on Rutgers. To quote from here:
