Well I finally have my Fatal1ty KN8 on the way and didn't see a thread for it, which is a shame since it is the sweetest rock on the planet. I will report back when I'm up & running with my new rock.

2I'm waiting for reviews to this board actually. Their Ultra board is sub $100, maybe it'll be an EPoX beater in terms of overclockability. Who knows? We'll see.

It's just too bad that the Fatal1ty boards demand such a price premium. I really liked my AN8 Ultra w/ heatpipe, but unfortunately it wouldn't run dual channel at all (motherboard defect) so it's currently under RMA. Looking forward to testing out the replacement, though. The AN8 did 300HTT without a sweat with one stick of RAM in there .

OK, now that the haters are gone, I received my board recently & I am waiting for my new processor to show up. The board looks great, much better than all the other boards I have owned. My wife even thinks it looks cool and she hates this kind of stuff...lol

I don't think anyone hates ABIT here, it's just that the DFI is currently the king of overclockers, and the EPoX is the king of budget overclockers. ABIT (AN8 series) didn't do so well early on, but from what I've seen, with BIOS updates it's gotten to be a better overclocker...just not the best, although the AN8 Ultra v2.0 with heatpipes was pretty good, with 3.5v Dimm and all.

Yeah I didn't pay full price and I must say I am very happy with this board. It is extremely stable even under a pretty good overclock and looks great in my case. What is truly amazing is how cool it is inside my case. The fans are quiet & VERY effective. You can count me in as a VERY satisfied customer even if I did pay $50 extra for the little stuff they added in.
