By looking at the boards at this site:AMDboard A64

I like the gigabyte which is reviewed on anandtech.....but I dont know what is that strange DPS thingie so maybe the MSI...one loooks better or maybe ABIT
 
the DPS is merely an extension for the voltage regulators, turning it from a 3 phase to a 6 phase design for added stability (probably won't help much even when overclocking though).
