Bunch of separate threads started ... we need to consolidate.

Talk about your Cubs. Your Barmans. Your 7th innings. Your bat flips.

Bautistaaaaa. Wow what a freaking strange game that was. I don't feel bad for the Rangers, they did it to themselves.

The Rangers didn't play all that well in the first two games - they just had Odor run and hit like crazy. Odor cooled off and so did the rest of the team just as the Jays were getting going in game 4.

There's a meme going around my facebook... "Osuna Matata: It means no worries for the rest of the game" which is pretty apt. That kid is 20 years old and closed out the Rangers in all-star fashion. Amazing.

Yeah for a 20 year old... that was cold blooded. My son is 14 and a pitcher -- hard to imagine him running out of the bull pen in 6 years doing that (Man it would be awesome though!!)

As I said in one of the other threads, I have watched a ton of baseball in my life and all different skill levels. I think that is the craziest inning of baseball I have ever seen. It just baffles the mind.

I understand when people say "baseball is boring". But when baseball is "on" like last night -- there's nothing that tops it.

Die hard Jays fan here. Wow what a game.
Stupid effing ump. Calling way to many low strikes and then running up the third base line waving the play dead and reversing it, what in the hell? Of all the discussion about the final call being the right call there was no mention of this fact. How is the third baseman supposed to make a play when you are standing between him and the catcher waving your arms?

Yeah the Rangers really fell apart after the 2nd game unfortunately. That play with Odor scoring was strange but it really showed how classless the BJs fans were. Throwing garbage all over the field and beer cans. That delay of game really hurt us since Hamels went cold afterwards (though he still pitched well in the 7th). Fucking Andrus basically cost us the game with his shitty performance (nothing new).

Bautista and Tulo are complete dicks though. I can see Bautista eating a few fastballs next series :D

Mets and Cubs in the NLCS?
Sadly, I think the Cubs win it and move onto the WS. Which will make life around here unbearable.

I'm not a Cubs fan but if the Red Sox broke their infamous curse, why not the Lovable Losers?

I will not defend the behaviour of the Jays fans that threw shit but that would have happened at every stadium in the league.
