Foles was healthy and ready to go by week 16 or 17 IIRC. Chip stuck with Sanchez.

All I can say is chemistry with line and receivers vs a guy that had been out 8 weeks is a tricky thing. It's not like either of them are Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers.
