So drop rg3 and pick up mccown or tannehill.
Agreed. Simple solution.

Also, I don't think u should drop DeSean unless there is a clear upgrade. Because this is crunch time a tweaked hammy and concussion can be deadly.

Looks like another week where I'll get RB1 production out of Blue in my flex. Foster is unlikely to play.

I don't have RG3. RG3 brings down the value of Jackson.
Ah sorry i misunderstood, Jackson isn't in the must keep territory, comes down to him or Andre Johnson in my opinion. Like turtle said I wouldn't toss him to the trash heap for just anyone though.

I know always start your studs, but Morris is up against 49ers at home. Do I put in Forsett vs Saints @home instead?

McCoy helps take the Eagles down the field and they put Sproles in for the 4 yard TD run. This has gotten old.

Cody Parkey outscored Jordy and Gronk on one of my teams. God damn kickers need to be removed from fantasy along with defenses

Yet another wacky (yet good for me) week summary for me:

Going into tonight's game, I was 37 points behind with Beckham Jr and Murray (and Graham tomorrow) to play. Thinking that they might lay a stinker like the rest of my team, I went to get a workout in at the hotel gym. Thankfully, the gym was to myself when Beckham Jr. made that RIDICULOUS reception. Murray got his requisite 10 points...

And I don't need Graham, whether he gets another 2 points or 20.

As great as this all is...I can't rely on that type of output through the playoffs. My RB2 is Hill (bah), and WRs are Maclin, Gordon, Hopkins, or Baldwin. Ugh.

20 points yo! :awe: I picked up the Buffalo D and completely forgot to put them in for the Lions who ended up giving me a -2 put it looks like it doesn't matter.

Ah well, it's all too little too late anyway. No way I can make the playoffs. :(

U won't be saying that if u had Cody, I do.

Haha, while I was playing against KT's Cody, I was talking about a league where I had him, and it's still bullshit! But that was before KT caught me and trounced me, so I'll complain about that too :D

Hill is a solid RB2, he's getting all early down work and goal line looks (that used to go to Gio). Gio caps his upside but Hill reminds me of a bigger and quicker version of Alfred Morris (and btw can catch the ball well), he's a helluva talent and isn't going away as long as he's healthy.

I think the leagues should do kickers as kickers by team, not individuals ... just in case of injury (which is rare for the position).

Also, I'd love to do a 2 kicker league. Same for Defense. 2 defenses. But I want the defenses scoring to be more subdued. Too much punishment on yahoo by default for scoring. It's kind of silly. A defense could allow 200 yards and have 3 interceptions but if they allowed 4 TDs on those yards because the offense turned the ball over, you get screwed.

Yeah in yahoo for defense, I just fade the lowest scoring offenses. That's all you can really do because of what you mentioned. ESPN is a little more realistic with upside going to defenses that make the most plays (takeaways).

Totally agree on Yahoo defenses, it's absurd. I meant to bring it up before the keeper league started again this year but I forgot until it was too late.

I think scoring needs to be adjusted for how offenses have changed. I think we also need to remove the negative points - they should only be possible from missed field goals, fumbles and interceptions.

Regardless, this is why I stream defenses - I've tended to do well most of the time. There's also a few strategies to it, that I've picked up, and I feel gives me a decent play - this particularly helps in daily leagues.

i hate how i had killer fanduel lineup, and then i changed it saturday because i thought i could improve on it... clearly, i ruined it.

i had:
peyton manning
matt forte
isaiah crowell
odell beckham
jarvis landry
kenny stills
tim wright
cody parkey
chicago defense

i wanted to change it so i used up all of my money, since i had some left over. i thought i could pay a little more and get better players, so i restructured my whole team, just about...

Defenses should be able to get negative points if they give up enough points. These are professional athletes that get paid to stop the other team.

I have been streaming defenses in one league and am sitting at 8-4. Picking the wrong defense cost me two wins in that league.

My favorite change I do in every league is -3 points for a missed PAT.

How many PAT were missed? I remember hearing a Stat that normally one PAT is missed all season.

My league has -3 for every FG missed. Which I think is very fair. Our defense is able to get negatives but normally get a 0. I've had Philip rivers get me -7 one week. It was interested when we had lost fumbles at -6. THAT WAS FUN but too many disliked it.

Mason Crosby missed two (one was blocked) in the game last week.

I think it is usually three in one year for the average or something close to that.

That's a little steep. I'd like it if it were -3 inside 40, -2 40-49, and -1 50+.
